The manufacturing method of acrylic material display equipment is various: material cutting, carving, deburring, polishing, thermal bending, bonding, silk-screen, etc. The thermal bending process is one of the most important aspect processes for the production of acrylic wine display stand. The engineer from Responsy Display will introduce you about this method.
Generally, the thermal bending method for acrylic wine display stand (also for other kinds of acrylic display stand), according to the shape and structure of the stand we need, can be divided into partial thermal bending and overall thermal bending.
1. Overall thermal bending;
If the whole acrylic board all needs heated, we will need overall thermal bending process. The acrylic pieces will be heated in an oven until it soften; then the acrylic pieces will be placed into a mould to make a new shape or structure for the acrylic wine display stand. The temperature in the oven should be controlled; do not increase the temperature too high.
2. Partial thermal bending;
This is a method also be used frequently. It is usually used for partial bending; for example, bending the acrylic piece to a certain angle at a point. This method is used for bending some simple and easy shape/structure during the production of acrylic wine display stand and other acrylic display stands.
